Great location, high-quality bathroom facilities, unique amenities like beach towels and umbrellas
Reception on the third floor can be inconvenient!!! Navigating from off-site parking is poorly marked!!! Occasional street noise during events might disturb rest!!! The inconsistent cleanliness of common areas is disappointing!!!

The Luxury Studio was super spacious and clean, perfect for our group. The beds were comfy, and there were nice touches like coffee restocked daily. You really felt at home. Seriously loved the modern vibe! The location was spot on, just steps from everything fun in Split. No noise at night, so getting some sleep wasn't an issue at all.

Where it excels and where it fails
Well-equipped rooms with thoughtful amenities like charging stations and quality linens create a cozy stay. The attentive management ensures all your requests are quickly addressed.
Limited reception hours made communication tricky at times, and the absence of an in-house breakfast could inconvenience some guests seeking a quick morning meal.

Great service and comfy stay!
The staff was super friendly, even helped me park my car in a secure spot. My room was spacious and clean, all as shown in the pics. Plus, I got a nice breakfast nearby. The only thing was the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times.

The location couldn't be better, just steps from the historic district. The apartment had a lovely sitting area and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for our family. Check-in was smooth, and the staff offered some great local recommendations, made exploring easy. The space was bright and comfortable. The added books. There was often a bit of noise from the street, especially in the mornings. We needed three beds for our group, but the room was a bit cramped for that. The management quickly offered us another room at a discounted rate, much appreciated.
